No matter where you are on your pregnancy journey, prenatal yoga can relieve stress and muscle tension, strengthen your body, and refine your balance for carrying baby in a safe and sustainable way. An added effect: movement and breath learned in prenatal yoga can create a greater sense of ease during birth within the body, mind, and heart.
No experience with yoga is necessary! Each private class is tailored to your unique time in pregnancy with a focus on safe alignment and structure as well as transitioning smoothly in and out of poses. We utilize props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to support the body and find a deep sense of ease. I’ll walk you through how to use the support of the props within each pose.
A consistent prenatal yoga practice of at least once a week throughout your pregnancy can leave you feeling grounded, steady, and strong - in mind & body. -

Children build upon and improve strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, bodily awareness, and self-regulation skills for stress through fun yoga adventures. In my children’s yoga adventures your child will also have a chance to further develop social-emotional skills with peers in a mixed age group - providing opportunities for leadership and compassion! These classes are grounded in Montessori philosophy as each adventure is reality-based and focuses on STEAM content and careers. Your child will have opportunities to make choices along the adventure - further cultivating independence and confidence. Group or private classes available.

If you’re looking for a physical activity to do after your 6-week postpartum check up, look no further than yoga! Postnatal yoga builds strength, mobility, and flexibility in the body and the mind in a gentle way. We work together in private sessions to go at your own pace and tailor the class to your specific needs in the present moment, every time.
Interested in including baby in the fun? Baby & Me classes are a great way to bond with baby while also moving your body and moving the breath through your own body. -
